So what do I do?
I am a certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and my journey in the realm of fitness and wellness is deeply rooted in knowledge, experience, empathy, and a genuine sense of care. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University and more than a decade of combined expertise in personal training and group fitness, my career has spanned across various professional settings, including corporate, commercial, and physical therapy environments.
As a trainer, I have guided many clients in achieving and surpassing their fitness goals. Many faced confusion with changing exercise recommendations and were unsure of how to start their transformation. I understand the challenges of maintaining a consistent workout routine, particularly after an injury.
I approach each client with a deep sense of empathy, understanding the unique struggles, fears, and hopes that accompany their fitness endeavors. It is my heartfelt mission to create a safe and supportive space for your growth, both physically and mentally. I firmly believe that working out should never be a burdensome task but a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
I work closely with you to set achievable goals, create fun and challenging training programs, and spark your motivation for success. Together, we'll turn your fitness journey into an empowering experience, while building a supportive partnership. Your well-being is my main focus, and I'm here to help you reach and surpass your fitness and wellness goals with consistent support and understanding.
